With their pretty headboard nestled in an arch and their integrated storage and bright decoration, the Comfort Rooms will be your little haven of peace in the heart of the Latin Quarter, whether you are traveling as a duo or as a tribe. Indeed, the 140 cm bed can be divided into two separate single beds (on request) with their own landing.

Suave, intimate, the Double Rooms are an elegant little Parisian foothold of 13m². The decoration recently retouched by our decorator includes moldings, Hungarian point parquet, sober colors and high-end 160 cm bedding. In these rooms ideal for a short stay, two twin beds can replace the double bed on request.

Enjoy a cozy 15 m² room with a charming view of the Canal Saint-Martin. Rest comfortably in the 140 cm double bed and refresh under the rain-style shower. The room also features an LED TV, free high-speed internet, a personal safe for your laptop, hair dryer, tea and coffee tray with kettle, and a steamer—everything you need for a relaxing and effortless stay.

Comfortable and functional, the 11m2 Comfort Rooms offer the timeless and intimate chic of a very Parisian setting, perfect for short stays or business stays.

They can accommodate up to 2 people and are equipped with bedding from the French workshops of Manufacture Bonnet.

You can choose the configuration of these rooms on request at the time of booking: One double bed 140X190 or 160X190 or two single beds 80X190 (subject to availability). Some rooms are on the courtyard side and others on the street side.

After a busy day in the city, the Superior Rooms are cocoons of softness and welcome comfort. The rooms have a 160 cm bed that can be separated into two single beds (on request).

But not only... On the street with a nice view of the neighboring church, they will seduce you with their decoration. Particular attention has been paid to details, such as the pretty door knobs, or the airy curtains. Enchanting.

Slightly more spacious, these 14m² rooms include a 160 cm double bed and a 70 cm single sofa bed (on request – for children under 18 only). Here too the tones are soft and the atmosphere is bright. Hungarian point parquet, moldings and high-end 160 bedding are the order of the day in these settings, perfect for a stay for two or three, with family or friends.

Ideal for 2 people, the Junior is equipped with a 160 cm queen-size bed or twin bedding, a bathroom with a large shower or bath, a 43" LED TV, a safe, air conditioning, double anti-noise windows. It benefits from a high speed Internet connection (wired or by wifi). Offering a breathtaking view of the Saint Martin Canal.

Tea, Nespresso machine, Steamer.

This room is accessible to people with reduced mobility (subject to availability).

Sober and elegant, the Superior Rooms of approximately 13m² with a queen size bed (160×200 cm) are ideal for romantic stays and suitable for longer stays.

They can accommodate up to 2 people and are equipped with bedding from the French workshops of Manufacture Bonnet.

From this high-perched refuge, you can admire the magnificent neighboring church and the Maison de la Mutualité, before returning to the warm and enveloping atmosphere of your room.

The Rooftop Rooms of approximately 13 m² are located on the 5th and last floor. Our lift only serves the first 4 floors. Attic, they offer a typical Parisian style. Very quiet, they are ideal for enjoying the capital and recharging your batteries in a warm decor.

Bathrobes and slippers await you in your room for a unique experience.

The rooms are equipped with bedding from the French workshops of Manufacture Bonnet. You can choose the configuration of these rooms on request at the time of booking: A double bed of 140X190 or 160X190 or 2 single beds of 80X190 (subject to availability).

Please note that the lift only goes to the 4th floor; there are still a few steps to go up to the room.

This 35 m² room offers a lounge area with a large bench that can be adjusted according to your desires (on which you can work, read or simply enjoy the superb view of the Saint-Martin canal) and a bedroom area with a large king size (180cm) or twin bed. This room can also accommodate two additional single beds (only for children) and thus accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children). It has a large shower with rain sky or a bathtub. LED TV, free high speed internet access. Personal safe (can hold a laptop). Hair Dryer, Steamer & Nespresso Machine.

Elegant and bright, the Elegance rooms with balcony offer a charming 13m² Parisian pied-à-terre with a private balcony offering a breathtaking view of the roofs of Paris. The decoration, recently retouched by our decorator, highlights the moldings, the Hungarian point parquet, sober colors and high-end 160 cm bedding. Perfect for a short stay, these rooms can accommodate two twin beds in place of the double bed upon request.

Looking for more space? Our 25m² suites can accommodate four people. Inside, a 160 cm double bed faces a lounge area where a 140 cm sofa bed can be converted into a second double bed. The bright parquet floors, moldings and light tones clearly plunge you into an enveloping atmosphere of a Parisian apartment that invites you to relax after having explored all of Paris with the family.

Ideal for a family, this 50 m² room is designed as a real apartment without a kitchen with two separate bedrooms, a lounge area with a large bench that can be adjusted according to your desires (on which you can work, read or simply enjoy the superb view of the Saint-Martin canal...) and two bathrooms each equipped with a large shower. At your disposal: LED TV. Free high speed internet access. Personal safe (can hold a laptop). Hair Dryer, Steamer & Nespresso Machine.
